The Start of Customers Week at DED – Ajman

The Third Cycle of Customer Happiness Week started at DED -Ajman. The Week will be held from 7-11 April at DED’s Customer Happiness Center and the centers authorized to provide several DED services, including Tasheel Al Hajis Center and Taajeel Center.

The event, which will continue till 11 April, was inaugurated by H.E. Ali Saeed Al Nuaimi, the Director General, in the presence of several DED leaders and Service Centers and will consist of several interactive activities and competitions, in addition to the centers’ initiatives aimed at customers, including “Happiness is my Slogan” initiative, “Step by Step” initiative, “Happy Customer” initiative and others. The Event aims to enhance customer happiness, get their thoughts and identify the main challenges they face in their journey of business establishment, and make them aware of DED procedures and services.

The Customer Happiness Week will be concluded at Al Humaidya Center with the recognition of customers with distinguished suggestions and most interactive with DED, the recognition of the distinguished Customer Relations employees and Suggestions & Complaints coordinators, in addition to the provision of a direct interactive platform with DED leadership and work team to hear and register customer suggestions and expectations.
