Ajman-DED completes 800 Transactions in Masfout and Manama in 8 months


800 transactions in total have been completed at Ajman DED’s customer service centers in Masfout and Manama since the start of the year to 30 August. The transactions involved the issuance, renewal and amendment of licenses, trade name reservations and permit issuance. Retail fresh and seafood sale, snacks sale, cryptocurrency design and programming, delivery services and buildings maintenance accounted for the most businesses with new licenses issued, while buildings projects contracting, buildings maintenance, décor works, painting works and car repair activities accounted for the most businesses with licenses renewed.

This announcement came after the inspection visit paid to the centers today by H.E. Abdullah Ahmed Al Hamrani, Acting Director General, with a number of leaders to oversee the work progress, enhance communication and improve services.

Al Hamrani said: “we pay lots of attention to provide leading services that make customers happy using all service channels, including Masfout and Manama customer happiness centers. Both centers have achieved 90% customer satisfaction rate up to the end of July. We make sure to organize periodic meetings with center managers, service providers, customers and investors during our inspection visits, and meet partners to discuss several common subjects and future collaboration frameworks, in order to set up programs and plans that guarantee a unique customer experience”.
