Ajman DED and TDD are together through one window

The Department of Economic Development in Ajman (DeD) and the Ajman Tourism Development Department (ATDD) announced the completion of an integrated electronic connection to complete licensing transactions for the hotel and tourism establishments sector in the emirate through one window as part of the Digital Transformation Strategy.

Saud Al-Shammari, Director of the Commercial Registration Department at DeD, said: “The Single Window project that includes many partners aims to create a unique and easy customer experience in completing licensing transactions, as the investor no longer needs to visit customer happiness centers or refer to government departments and partners involved in providing the service to complete his transactions. Now, the Investors and entrepreneurs can obtain the service and complete it till paying the fees through one window, represented by the department's website and its smart application. The project also aims to enhance the ease of doing business, achieve desired competitiveness, and delight our customers, and contribute to planning for future projects that are in the interest of the investor and attracting investments.”

Sultan Ali Al Nuaimi, Director of Licensing & Tourism Standards Department at Ajman Tourism, said: “We continue to enhance our services through joining efforts with other government entities, and the "single window" project comes as a result of our continuous cooperation with Ajman Department of Economic Development to boost the governmental services and improve customer satisfaction. The project aims to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the economic and tourism services in the emirate, simplify procedures and work process. It saves the investors' time and facilitates procedures through an integrated automated system that includes linking the electronic systems to the two departments, and comes as part of our ongoing collaboration with partners to improve services and meet customer requirements.”
