Ajman DED Meets with the Service Providers. To develop the business environment and keep pace with future aspirations

The Department of Economic Development (Ajman DED) held a virtual meeting with service providers, through the Microsoft Teams application, with the aim of developing plans for a business environment and providing the best government services according to the best standards and high quality that would satisfy customers, achieve common goals, and support our strategic goals.

In this regard, HE Abdullah Ahmed Al Hemrani, Director-General of the Ajman DED, confirmed that holding this virtual forum confirms the keenness of the Department to communicate directly with the service providers, with the aim of exchanging ideas and information on an ongoing basis in order to improve our services and to ensure the quality of services we provide which serve customers.

Al Hemrani said, "We are always present and keen to follow up on the service centers to ensure the provision of the best services through field visits, supervision by service supervisors, and continuous follow-up by the concerned organizational units in the Department, with the aim of ensuring that the centers apply the standards of the Service Authorization Guide, which sets specific targets for the waiting period, Service provision time and other controls and performance indicators to reach the Department’s goal of enhancing customer happiness rates and facilitating the journey of establishing a business in a way that contributes to advancing investment and economic growth in the Emirate of Ajman.”

Mr. Ahmed Khair Al Balushi, Director of the Commercial Registration Administration added that this meeting studies the needs and expectations of service providers from the Department, in order to ensure the development of relations, improve the partnership experience, and enhance joint work to achieve common goals and objectives. In addition, Ajman DED is always keen to cooperate with service providers, to exchange knowledge and experience in various fields of work to provide innovative and distinguished services and initiatives to its customers from different segments of society, whether they are individuals or institutions.
