Ajman DED conducting a survey tour to TAS’HEEL centers

A delegation from the Department of Economic Development in Ajman chaired by His Excellency Ali Eissa Al Nuaimi, The Director General of the Department, and HE Mohammed Shael Al- Saadi, the adviser to the Ruler's Representative has conducted a field inspection visit to the Centers of TAS’HEEL in the emirate of Ajman, to preview the smooth rendering of the department's services from the potential service centers , as well as to meet with the officials of the centers and with service providers, and also to follow-up the root followed by the customer seeking TAS’HEEL service .

The tour began with a visit to TAS’HEEL center "documents for business information services", located in Mushairef commercial area on Alminaa street at Dar Al Muna building then to TAS”HEEL center " Service Forms ", located in the old industrial area on Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Road next to Ramada Hotel in Al Muhairi Tower , finally ending to TAS’HEEL “Ajman e-Services Center "located in Al-Nuaimiya area on Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed in the Twin Tower. The outstanding geographic distribution of three centers is improved whereas the three centers are located in different places In the emirate, allowing customers a greater opportunity to choose the nearest or the most preferred site , as well as the flexible late working hours in these centers that start from eight o'clock in the morning until eight in the evening from Saturday to Thursday.

It is worth noting that the leaders of the Department of Economic Development were keen to conduct this tour in order to know how to render services vested to the department to make it actually easier and to directly hear and listen to the views of TAS’HEEL managers and benefit from their daily experiences in developing and improving of the services continuously, and to encourage employees to provide quality service to customers that reflect the inherited civilized image of Ajman and to promote the third value of the Department of economic development, "happiness to customers".

HH Ali Eissa Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Department of Economic Development expressed his sincere thanks to TAS’HEEL centers and praised the expended effort to provide services promptly as intended, HH urged them to continue progress and proceed with the same efficiency, effort and to achieve customer expectations in order to offer the department's services with ease , HH also assured the full support of the department to work together with TAS’HEEL centers to facilitate and to overcome any challenges that might face the quality standards of service.

Saud Sultan Al Shimmari the director of the business centers emphasized the importance of TAS’HEEL centers whereas they represent the Department in providing customer service in the targeted decent outstanding form intended to be to achieved by the Government of Ajman, HE expressed the Department’s confidence in TAS’HEEL centers, noting that more of the Department's services will be gradually assigned to TAS’HEEL centers, and that it is expected to launch 29 service permits through TAS’HEEL centers before next February , which requires to accelerate the effort and to be ready in terms of infrastructure and technical and human resources which is necessary to achieve the goals .

The delegation of the Department of Economic Development was composed of Mr. Majed Nasser Al Suwaidi, Director of Customer Relations Department and Mr. Nabil Mohammed Saeed, director of Customer Relations.
