The department of Economic Development Ajman organizes a workshop to explain the directory for handling complaints and suggestions

The department of Economic Development Ajman has organized an educational workshop under the title " the directory for suggestions, complaints and inquiries" organized by the Directorate of Customer Relations , where the workshop targeted the establishment of a clear mechanism for joint action and cooperation between the Department of Customer Relations and the coordinators of other directorates in the departments and their crucial role in the success of the package of Customer Relations as they are concerned with addressing the cases of complaints and to respond to the suggestions and queries received from customers to close such cases during the specified time period in order to improve responsiveness and increase customer satisfaction.
