Ajman exports to Saudi Arabia hit 223M Dhs. in 2019


On the occasion of KSA’s celebration of its 90th National Day, a report issued by Ajman’s Department of Economic Development commended the level of economic relations between the Emirate and Saudi Arabia. The report pointed out that 117 economic licenses in total were issued to Saudi investors, including 14 licenses for businesswomen. The major economic activities mainly concentrate on jewelry sale, retail perfume sale and real estate sale and purchase brokerage. The report also indicated that the Emirate’s exports to Saudi Arabia reached around Dhs. 223M in 2019.

On this occasion, HE Abdullah Ahmed Al Hamrani, Acting Director General said: “We extend our best greetings and sincere congratulations to the leaders and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the occasion of KSA’s 90th National Day, which represents a joint national celebration through which we express the deep relations between both countries and the close links that bind both Saudi and UAE people together in all fields, including the economic field and the UAE-KSA commercial cooperation. We are #together forever”.

“Saudi Arabia has been always a strategic ally of the UAE. We look forward to developing strategic relations with the Kingdom and building economic relationship that serves the interests of both of us in order to achieve a sustainable welfare for the Saudi and UAE people”, he added.
