The Happy Ajman Activities Concluded. The happiness of our customers is our top priority

The Department of Economic Development in Ajman (Ajman DED) concluded the “Happy Ajman” activities, which was held through a platform in the City Center Ajman and the Customer Happiness Section of the Ajman DED has participated in until the day 31st of this month. At the platform, the Department's services were provided, and the customers participated in the competitions, and instant prizes were provided to them, in addition to open the way before them to share their inquiries and comments in a way that reflects the opportunity to express their opinions with complete transparency in order for us to move from the phase of customer satisfaction to the phase of their happiness, and reviewing their future plans to ensure those valuable plans are kept in pace and supported in the common areas of services. As for the smart apps program that was presented to customers, the aim of which was to simplify the internal and external daily activities and procedures, manage communication with customers, and analyze the level of performance. The activity has also organized the participation of customers by providing services directly on the platform, which are the renewal and issuance of licenses and linking the investor's account.

HH Abdullah Ahmed Al-Hemrani, Director-General of the Ajman DED, stressed that the happiness of our customers is at the top of our priorities and the “Happy Ajman” initiative came from our keenness to provide our customers with fast, smooth, and integrated electronic services that are available on the latest smart means 24/7 per week. Through this initiative, we hope to enhance the happiness of customers by providing new and quality services and channels that enrich their experience, which contributes to achieving the directives of our wise leadership, and that we are keen to enhance the excellence and competitiveness of the emirate, and upgrade the government business system to reach the best levels of performance efficiency in order to achieve the comfort and happiness of customers.

The Ajman DED is also working on linking our services with other government departments services in the Emirate of Ajman to provide integrated and advanced services that contribute to encourage customers to adopt smart channels. And, based on our vision to be an innovative institution on a global level, we are committed to facilitate and shorten procedures for customers and provide immediate and qualitative government services according to the highest levels of international quality, to exceed their expectations and achieve the highest levels of happiness.
