• The establishment undertakes that it is licensed and effective in the UAE.
• The establishment undertakes that it practices the same activities covered by the festival, such as selling, cooking, and serving food, meals, foods, and recipes, noting that the festival also welcomes establishments working in the field of animal food and meals.
• The establishment undertakes not to register in the event of high-risk violations.
• In the event that any discounts are offered, the establishment undertakes to obtain the permit through the Ajman DED's smart channels, or to visit the customer happiness centers.
• You should attend a day prior to the inauguration day of the festival to prepare your stand.
• You should not leave the stand empty on any day of the festival, and ensure your daily attendance and participation in the stand throughout the festival (5:00 - 11:00 PM).
• You should provide fresh food and products in appropriate quantities until 11 pm.
• You should attend 15 minutes before the daily specified time throughout the festival (4:45 PM), and make sure to be in your stand before the festival time.
• You should not object to the other participating exhibitors.
• You should contribute to marketing the establishment's participation and marketing the festival through your various social network accounts.
• Non-compliance with the above-mentioned shall affect your future participation.
