• The facility agrees to engage in activities related to the festival's theme, such as selling, cooking, and serving food. The festival also welcomes establishments in the field of animal food.
• The facility promises to follow all applicable laws and regulations, ensuring that there are no significant violations.
• If any discounts are offered, the facility must obtain the necessary permit from the Department of Economic Development or visit customer happiness centers.
• The facility should arrive in the morning before the festival opens on the designated date, between 00 am and 00 pm, to prepare the stage.
• The facility must have exhibitors present and active on the platform throughout the festival hours (5 p.m. - 11 p.m.) and should not leave the platform empty on any day.
• Arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time each day of the festival (4:45 p.m.).
• There is no right to dispute or object to other exhibitors participating in the festival.
• The facility is expected to promote its participation and the festival through its various marketing channels.
• Keeping the platform and site floor clean is the responsibility of the facility. Failure to comply will result in the facility bearing the cleaning costs.
• The facility must adhere to security, health, and safety standards.
• Failure to comply with the above requirements may impact the facility's ability to participate in future events.
