The Department of Economic Development in Ajman (Ajman DED) has honored 30 suppliers at its annual Suppliers Forum, which is organized to strengthen relationships with suppliers and enhance communication channels to support the emirate's sustainable development journey. The Forum, held at Ajman Creative Center in Al Safia area, was attended by DED's directors and officials, along with a group of suppliers and strategic partners.
Ajman DED emphasized that suppliers are a cornerstone of the DED's operations. Therefore, it is committed to building strong and sustainable partnerships with them to ensure the provision of the best services and meet the aspirations of the business community in Ajman.
During the meeting, attendees were briefed on the latest developments, work procedures, procurement systems and regulations, and the Tawreed platform. Suppliers' inquiries were also addressed. A discussion session was organized to listen to suppliers' feedback, suggestions, and comments to improve processes and procedures and achieve the highest quality standards.
Suppliers commended this initiative, which provided them with the opportunity to interact directly with the DED's team and share their ideas and feedback. They emphasized the importance of strengthening partnerships to achieve the DED's ambitious vision and realize the development goals of the emirate of Ajman.
