The Department of Economic Development in Ajman (Ajman DED) has organized a dialogue session entitled "Economic Visions," which was held under the slogan "An Innovative Economic Community." The session aimed to involve various segments of society in formulating innovative visions and initiatives that contribute to enhancing economic and social development in the emirate, in line with Ajman Vision 2030 and its future strategies for the period from 2025 to 2027. The session was attended by a group of government officials, entrepreneurs, and investors, along with representatives from various segments of society, including youth and senior citizens. The discussions revolved around a number of key topics, most notably youth empowerment, economic development, and economic promotion, as well as the importance of innovation and sustainability in driving the growth wheel.
In this regard, H.E. Saif Ahmed Al Suwaidi, Director General of Ajman DED, stressed that the session represents an interactive dialogue platform aimed at strengthening the role of society in shaping the future of the local economy. Al Suwaidi added that the session seeks to create new investment opportunities and enhance Ajman's position as a distinguished economic destination. He pointed out that the participation of society in this initiative is an important step towards building a sustainable economy that relies on innovation and effective partnership between the public and private sectors. The meeting included extensive discussions on future economic policies, in addition to reviewing a number of projects and initiatives that would support the business and investment environment in the emirate. Emphasis was also placed on the role of innovation and sustainability in enhancing the quality of life and driving the wheel of economic development in Ajman.
