In the interest of the Department of Economic Development in Ajman (Ajman DED) to learn about the best practices in the field of innovation and talents, a delegation from the Ajman DED visited the Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Distinguished Academic Performance at its headquarters. This visit demonstrates the Ajman DED's belief in the importance of empowering its human cadres and developing their skills in creativity and innovation.
During the visit, both sides discussed ways of cooperation in the field of training and development and supporting talented employees through holding joint training workshops. In addition, the Foundation made a presentation on the qualitative services provided by the Foundation to groups of society, especially school and university students and employees in the field of electronics, 3D printing, digital sewing, carpentry, Arduino halls, competitions, discovery, and Fab Kids. The Delegation was also briefed on the Foundation's most prominent achievements in the field of innovation and the championships in local and international competitions.
They also discussed the areas of support in education and agreed to mutual cooperation with a view to consolidating relations, exchanging benefits, transferring knowledge between the two sides, building a knowledge base for standards of excellence, and discovering the talents of employees in Ajman DED.
