The Department of Economic Development in Ajman (Ajman DED), in cooperation with the "Our Happy Summer" program, announced the launch of the “Innovation Diploma” and “Future Trader” programs during an event held today morning at the Fairmont Ajman Hotel. These programs aim at enhancing the innovation and entrepreneurship skills of young people and enhancing their role in the economic development of the emirate.
This launch is a part of the Ajman DED's ongoing efforts to promote a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among young people, as the “Innovation Diploma” aims to provide participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to develop their creative ideas and turn them into realistic projects. The program includes a set of training workshops and interactive lectures in which experts cover a range of important topics such as design thinking, product development, and project management.
On the other hand, the “Future Trader” program focuses on qualifying young people for the field of entrepreneurship and trade, by offering specialized courses in business administration, marketing, and finance, in addition to negotiation and communication skills. This program aims to prepare a new generation of entrepreneurs who are able to keep pace with modern economic challenges and contribute to advancing economic development in the emirate.
A delegation from the Supreme Organizing Committee of the events of the "Our Happy Summer" program visited the programs. The delegation was headed by H.E. Ahmed Al Raisi, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Ajman Government’s Summer Program, where Al Raisi praised the Ajman DED's efforts in organizing various programs that support young people in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship.
