Director General of Ajman DED inspects the Customer Happiness Center in Masfout

H.E Abdullah Ahmed Al Hamrani, Director General of the Department of Economic Development in Ajman (Ajman DED), visited the Customer Happiness Center located in the Masfout area, in the Sanad Center for Government Services, as part of his periodic inspection tours to determine the conditions of the Center, the customers and workers therein. The visit aims to enhance effective communication between the Department and customers, and listening to their voices, opinions and comments in order to continuously develop to ensure the provision of the highest quality services and provide support for national and local projects. 

During the field visit, Al Hamrani inspected the progress of work, and reviewed the center’s development plan for 2024. He also confirmed the readiness of the new services that will be provided at the center, and listened to the opinions and suggestions of customers, due to his keenness and interest in identifying the needs of the various categories of customers, and aligning the Department’s strategic plan with their aspirations and expectations. 

Al Hamrani said: “The Department’s customer happiness center in Masfout receives the same attention and focus as other centers in Ajman. Distance does not limit us from reaching our customers wherever they are, providing services according to the highest standards to them, as well as appreciating the efforts of distinguished employees and rewarding them.” He stressed the importance of continuing to facilitate doing business, improving customer experience, and constantly striving to provide a sustainable investment environment that enhances economic development and contributes to the continued success of projects and companies.
