H.E. Abdulla Ahmed Al Hamrani, Director-General of the Department of Economic Development in Ajman (Ajman DED), honored today the strategic partners in appreciation of their role and contributions in enhancing the work of the Ajman DED during the year.
The list of honorees included representatives from [Digital Ajman, the Municipality & Planning Department, the Tourism Development Department, the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, the Transport Authority, the Statistics and Competitiveness Center, the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology, the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority, the Department of Finance, the Ajman Business Women Council, the Ajman Police General Headquarters, the General Secretariat of the Executive Council, the Ajman Free Zone, the Ajman Chamber, and the Ajman Contact Center].
At the beginning of the honoring ceremony, H.E. Abdullah Al Hamrani, expressed his thanks and appreciation for the partners’ support and continuous cooperation. He said: Today we celebrate the fruitful partnership and cooperation relations with you to work as one team to achieve the development and prosperity of the UAE in accordance with the vision and directives of our wise leadership. Our interest in consolidating the integrative relationship with our government partners stems from the wise leadership’s firm belief that cooperation and joint efforts are the basis of achievement and progress, which is aimed at promoting the strategic interests of the UAE and achieving sustainable development and excellence in service provision.
The honoring ceremony included the launch of the new website, the launch of the new smart e-services portal, which includes a range of new innovative services, the launch of the consumer protection site, which deals with customer services and gives them the opportunity to complete their transaction and benefit from a distinguished package of services, and launch of its smart applications for digital services, aiming to facilitate customers and achieve streamlining, flexibility, and ease of use.
During his presence at the GITEX, Al Hamrani stressed that the Ajman DED is keen to make its footprint in this global exhibition every year, which brings together minds and major organizations, institutions, and leading companies in the field of smart transformation. The Department has developed a complete and comprehensive plan to launch a number of smart services through our participation in GITEX Global 2022 in the light of its keenness to reach customers and meet them closely, know their needs, and listen to their opinions and ideas.
