The Department of Economic Development in Ajman (Ajman DED) and the Ministry of Health and Prevention have launched a series of awareness programs and educational campaigns to enhance the physical and mental health of employees and customers during the Year of Sustainability, and to achieve the National Strategy for Wellbeing 2031. This program includes the implementation of free immediate medical examinations at the Ajman DED main headquarters. This initiative emphasizes the importance of partnership and integration with partners, as well as the importance of joint efforts between government entities to promote the culture of occupational health and safety and the safety of individuals in the local community.
The Ministry of Health and Prevention launched its first seminar on the topic of preventing stress and burnout in the workplace, with the aim of enhancing awareness about the importance of health and safety inside and outside the workplace, and encourage participants to take the necessary preventive measures to maintain their health and safety, including proper nutrition and physical activity. The instant check-ups included blood pressure, blood sugar, dental, eye, and Ayurvedic examinations, in the presence of a group of consultants and specialists.
