It is a new channel to provide data and information to investors inside and outside the emirate (a map of Ajman with all commercial licenses with specializations, requirements, contact numbers, social media accounts, commercial establishment evaluation, consultation for investors about market requirements, "strong demand/scarcity of the project", the appropriate geographical distribution for opening projects, statistics, and investors guideline) |

Project for the development of economic licensing policies and mechanisms and control |
Making necessary arrangements and coordination in order to develop the mechanisms, policies and frameworks for the issuance of economic licenses, control, consumer protection, and the management of the applied and approved service centers in the Ajman DED, and then transfer them to the concerned organizational units to study the extent of their applicability and benefit from them. |
The main objective is to provide development inputs for the themes of policies and mechanisms for the following themes: 1. Economic licensing and permits procedures 2. Control and inspection 3. Mechanisms and policies of service centers and outsourcing services 4. Harmonization of local and federal laws and regulations 5. Development of the technical systems in line with new policies and mechanisms.

Development of Forms and Internal Processes Project (D Forms) |
Automation of work forms commonly used by sectors and administrations through an integrated electronic system that contains all the common procedures between Ajman DED's sections and devisions in order to reduce manual written work. This leads to speeding up the completion of tasks and speed of decision-making. The following figure shows the stakeholders of the project target sectors |

Department's Eye |
A project to develop and introduce an electronic system that allows the customer to submit reports on economic issues related to consumer protection (such as buying and selling transactions) or investor rights (such as trademarks or commercial fraud) by taking live photos or recording an audio report describing the submitted report with the ability to accurately locate the case. Then, the Customer Relations Administration receives the notification and, in turn, coordinates with the Control and Consumer Protection Section to take the appropriate action in a more efficient and effective manner. This project is listed in the Department's smart application and website as a link named (Department's Eye), through which the user can access the system by registering his basic data and creating an account or using the same account registered on the Department’s website. The system aims to provide an added value to the Ajman DED's customers in the aspect of control and consumer protection through the smart digital capabilities and tools provided by the Department’s Eye E- System. |
1. Involving the consumer/investor in the control process, which contributes to the expansion of the control system and raising the awareness and control culture among the public in Ajman. 2. Single Window |
Launching the e-services agreed upon with the digital government through a single window |
Main Objective: To Collect government services related to administration services agreed upon with the digital government and partners, and simplify them to be linked electronically. 1- Reducing the time and effort required from the customer to obtain the service in a manner that ensures raising the effectiveness and efficiency of the Department's services. 2- Increasing the integration of government services in a way that ensures raising the quality of services provided. 3- Simplifying the customer's journey and reducing the number of steps required to obtain the service.

Smart Inspection |
1. Develop a digital checklist with a smart application to inspect the commercial licenses to ensure their compliance with the laws, regulations, and conditions in force in the emirate through a list of choices for each selection (relative choice of the evaluation)
2. To develop the current dashboard by dropping the websites of the establishments registered with the Licensing Department on the Emirate’s Map with the website's coordinates with full license data (the license is renewed or not renewed; pledges and declarations; violations, etc.) to facilitate the inspectors’ access to any establishment (smart inspection map system). 3. Application of a system that follows up on the locations of the inspectors with the possibility of determining the scope of the inspector’s business on the geographical map and not deviating from it unless the inspector’s daily business plan is modified by the Section Manager and sent to him via the system. 4. A smart inspection system that distributes the control tasks based on Geographic Information System (GIS) to choose the best paths for the inspectors and their framework on the maps; and enables the inspector to automatically determine the date of the next inspection of the facility and calculate what he has accomplished compared to what is planned, and then prepare full report on his daily work

200 Working Days for Commercial Registration |
The project is a package of technical development requirements on existing services and introducing new services, which will provide a set of economic incentives based on the requirements of customers and departments concerned with the Commercial Registration Department, within the framework of the Ajman DED’s efforts to continuously develop services and provide services of additional value and stimulating advantages to encourage the investors to invest in Ajman.

1- Providing a package of new and developed services that stimulate investment in the emirate. This will be reflected in the growth of new licenses in the emirate by at least 2% by the end of 2020. 2- Increasing the percentage of processing error in transactions by no less than 70% by the end of 2020. 3- Reducing the percentage of errors in transactions by no less than 2% from the previous year by the end of 2020. 4- Introducing a new sub-service for permits of mobile vehicles (within the permits of kiosks) in the Ajman DED's business systems by the end of 2020

The project is to detect the defects of the security mechanisms of information systems that protect data and maintain its functionality as intended. It includes typical security requirements specific elements of confidentiality, integrity, authentication, and making sure that correct information is securely transferred from one application to another. |

Ajman DED Digital Transformation |
A project concerning with the development of digital inter-connection systems and ports for the Ajman DED according to the internal needs in coordination internally with the commercial registration sector and externally with Ajman Digital Government. The project is divided into several sections, including the development of "Bashr" platform and fulfilling the requirements of harmonizing the services of the Digital Department with the requirements of Ajman Digital Government. |
The goal is to provide integrated government services within the Government of Ajman, to develop and improve the business mechanisms of government departments, and to reduce paperwork. |
