It is a service through which complaints are submitted by consumers to shops in the Emirate of Ajman with the aim of regulating the relationship between consumers and merchants, protecting the rights of consumers, deciding on them, and taking the necessary measures.

Service Process
The application shall be submitted through the Department's website and smart app.
Reviewing the application and verifying the extent to which the consumer has rights at the Facility.
Communicating with the consumer and resolving the complaint.
Terms and Conditions
- The purchase invoice or contract must be submitted in addition to any supporting documents for the complaint.
- The commercial license must be issued from the Emirate of Ajman and not from other emirates.
- The service is not specialized for solving complaints related to tourism and real estate activities, central banks, insurance companies, contracting, and recruitment offices for domestic workers.
