Reyada Program

How to join the Reyada Program:

The license is obtained from the Ajman DED, after fulfilling the terms and requirements set by the Department to practice the licensed activity, taking into consideration the need to obtain the approval of other government authorities if the activity requires obtaining their approvals, according to the type of activity.

Estimated delivery time:

One working day in case the activity does not require external approval from the concerned authorities.

Privileges offered to members of the Reyada Program:

• Exemption from local fees for 3 years.
• Subscription is free of charge in the relevant training and research programs organized by government agencies.
• Getting priority to participate in exhibitions organized by the government departments, whether inside or outside the country
• Receiving assistance in the preparation of feasibility studies before starting the project.
• Obtaining advisory services in all fields.
• Promoting the projects for owners of SMEs.

Terms of joining the Reyada Program:

• The license applicant must be a UAE citizens.
• The license applicant must be resident in Ajman within his/her place of residence (owner or lessee) or with one of his/her first-degree relatives, and that he/she has a specific address in Ajman with “Makani” number.
• Only one license to be issued to the license applicant.
• Not causing any harm to neighbors and others persons, any congestion in front of the house or obstruct traffic.
• Adhering to a civilized appearance, not emitting sounds, smoke, dust, foul odor, or any materials harmful to the public health from the premises where the activity is carried out, and not storing or leaving any goods in front of the house or transforming the house into a warehouse for goods.
• Placing a billboard of no more than 50 * 50 cm (length x width) showing the name of the project and the type of the activity (optional)
• The licensee is committed to cooperate with the Ajman DED regarding data disclosure, resolving consumer and trademark complaints, and adhering to all of the Ajman DED's decisions and applicable legislations.
• It is not allowed to recruit labor on the license
• It is not allowed to rent the license to others
• Sales invoices must be available
• It is necessary to update the license applicant data on an annual basis.

The required documents to issue Reyada License:

• Fill out the online application form to join the Reyada Program
• Attach ID copy
• Attach the passport copy
• Insert "Makani" number
• A copy of the home ownership deed and a "No-Objection letter" from the home owner to one of the home members (first-degree relatives)
